Assisted
Listening Devices |
An Induction Loop system is
available in Cinema/Small Theatre and an Infrared Assisted
Hearing System is available in the Main Hall of the Nambour
Civic Centre.
To use the hearing system in the cinema, patrons are requested
to turn their existing hearing aid to the 'T' setting. For
patrons needing hearing assistance and/or do not have a hearing
aid, headsets are available at either the Box Office or Kiosk
prior to the commencement of a show/movie. The loop system
is limited to certain sections of the venues (see seating
plan maps for available detailing the designated area). Please
advise the Box Office of your requirements at time of ticket
purchase. |
Child/babes-in-arms
policy |
Certain performances/events are deemed not suitable for children. All patrons,
including children over three years of age must hold a valid
ticket to the event/performance being attended. This policy
may vary for children's performances. Please contact the Nambour
Civic Centre for information on policies relating to specific
events. |
