- Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen is available for hire
by caterers for both internal and external events.

- Kiosk - The Centre's Kiosk operates during most events
at the Centre.
- Foyer Bar - The Centre is a Licensed Public Facility and
the Foyer Bar is open before, during and after most major
performances.

Trains and Buses: |
The Nambour Railway Station and Transport Interchange
is located immediately behind the Centenary Square Complex.
It takes 1 hour 45 mins from Nambour to Brisbane central
by train. Nambour to Eumundi by train takes 16 minutes.
106 Sunbus daily services between Nambour and Mooloolaba,
Caloundra, Chancellor Park and Noosa.
The Hinterland Connect bus service operates between Nambour
and Maleny on a regular basis

A Kings Multi-level carpark is located adjacent to the Centre
(entrance via Mill Street). A ramp from Level 1 of this
car park leads directly to the Centre’s foyer entrance.
A coin machine is located at the Mill Street entrance to
accept the admission fee payable.
It is suggested that disabled patrons and patrons with
prams, access the venue via this car park.

A taxi rank is located immediately opposite the Railway
Station.

General
Technical Information |
| Unless
arranged otherwise, the Theatre and Hall are hired with
the following setup: |
- Standard seating configuration
- Stage furnishings and lighting bars hanging as for
standard hanging plot
- Lighting:rigged, coloured, patched and focussed
for standard white + 3-colour wash
- All equipment properly stored.
- All areas clean and clear.

| Any variation
to existing configuration must be made at the Hirer’s
expense and returned to standard configuration at the
Hirer’s expense.
Any such variation is subject at all times
to the approval of the Centre’s Technical Coordinator.
The Nambour Civic Centre employs professional
staff in all areas, and has a policy of being user friendly.

DUTY TECHNICIAN
– This position is mandatory for all Hirers functions
and is rostered at the discretion of the Technical Coordinator.
The Duty Technician is not a member of the show crew,
but is on hand to open the venue, supervise hirers, maintain
security, liaise with Front-of-House and Backstage staff
and is on call for maintenance throughout the venue. |
