Australia’s favourite electro-pop rockers The Rogue Traders have announced their biggest ever Australian tour for April/May.   The band is refreshed and ready to unleash new material from their platinum album ‘Better In The Dark’, plus all the hits from their 2005 smash ‘Here Come The Drums’.

James Ash, Cameron McGlinchey, Danny Spencer and Natalie Bassingthwaighte, fresh from her very successful TV venture hosting the hit series “So You Think You Can Dance”, will hit the road playing small and large regional centres.

Two years of solid touring behind ‘Here Come The Drums’ has turned the Rogues into a formidable live act, and Miss Bassingthwaighte into an infectious, vampish frontwoman exhilarating audiences everywhere. “The audience is so vibrant and they feed you as much as you feed them,” Natalie says. “The fans get dressed up in my costumes which adds to the whole fun element of the show!”

Family matriarch and driving force behind the ‘Reunion’ project, Joy McKean
confirmed this week that the line-up for the upcoming Reunion shows will
include Slim and Joy’s son and daughter David and Anne Kirkpatrick, as well
as their children Kate and James Arneman together with Hannah and Daniel
Kirkpatrick. 

“We are very proud of the new album. Of course, we were all hopeful that Slim’s
many fans would accept and embrace the new songs, but we were truly
overwhelmed by the support shown to our family on the release of the album. We are
so excited about the fans’ response and now all of us are just looking forward to
getting out on the road to perform the Reunion album material live and singing quite
a few of the old Slim Dusty classics as well,” Anne Kirkpatrick.

Guy Sebastian Is Bringing Soul to Town!! 
Guy Sebastian has just returned from Memphis where he recorded his new album, The Memphis Album which includes classics like ‘Soul Man’, ‘In The Midnight Hour’, ‘Knock On Wood’, ‘Respect Yourself’ and ‘(Sittin’ On) The Dock Of The Bay’ and to celebrate this very special release Guy will be hitting QLD for his Memphis in July!

“I grew up with these songs, I had a taste for them when I was really young. I guess for me, doing a concept album, I didn’t want to be dressing up as someone else or being an impersonator. I just wanted to bring a modern take on the songs and yet remain true to the songs and retain an old school feel.” says Guy.

The Memphis tour is sure to showcase Guy Sebastian at his best – singing the songs, he was born to sing.

The women's crazy journey takes them to places which give them a new way of viewing themselves, each other and their worlds.  This funny and moving musical extravaganza has been described as a cross between "Thelma and Louise" and "Strictly Ballroom".   It is a life affirming piece which is gutsy, poignant and real.
